Impossible Banana Cream Pie

This pie has a light custard consistency and no crust to roll out! Easy as pie and so delicious! Can also be served topped with Cool Whip.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 cup heavy cream, chilled
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Grease a 9 pie plate.
3. In blender, beat together milk, butter, vanilla, eggs, sugar and bisquick on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
4. Pour into pie plate and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes (may take a bit longer).
5. Cool completely.
6. Arrange banana slices on pie.
7. Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar til stiff and spread over top of bananas.
