Ingredients:
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled |
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded |
1/3 cup onion, chopped |
2 cups milk |
1 cup bisquick baking mix |
4 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F (205C). 2. Lightly grease 10 pie plate. 3. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. 4. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on HIGH until smooth (about 1 minute). 5. Bake at 400F (205C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 6. Let stand 5 minutes. |
