Can be served by itself in a bowl or on a bed of lettuce. Ingredients:
1 lb green beans, cooked |
2 carrots, julienned and blanched |
1 apple, julieened |
1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing |
lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine vegetables and apple. 2. Toss with dressing and add seasonings as desired. |
