Immoral Sandwich Filling (Loose Meat) |

Just the thing for a day when you're wanton something delicious, and a hamburger patty is just too restrictive. Loosen up your inhibitions and pile some loose meat on a bun. Wicked over hot, whipped potatoes as well. Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef or 3 lbs ground venison |
4 teaspoons sugar |
1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard |
12 fluid ounces beer |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne (or more to taste) |
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 teaspoons instant minced garlic |
salt & pepper |
8 slices american cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown the meat & drain fat. 2. Stir in sugar, mustard, beer, cayenne, garlic and salt & pepper to taste. 3. Simmer until liquid has mostly cooked away. 4. Lay slices of cheese over top of meat, then cover for about 5 minutes, with heat on very low, until cheese has melted. 5. Stir cheese into meat. 6. Serve hot, on sandwich buns or bread, or over hot potatoes or rice. |
