Ila's Crab With Dill on Toast

This makes a great snack.
Ingredients:
6 pieces white bread
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 ounces fresh crabmeat
1 tablespoon minced shallot
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill
Directions:
1. Cut the crusts off the bread and then cut them into 1/4’s. Mix together the butter, red pepper flakes and salt. Brush the bread with this mixture. Bake on a cookie sheet for 10 min at 375 degrees or until golden brown.
2. Mix the crab mixture and place on warm toast. Garnish with a fresh dill sprig.
