Idly with idli rice and urad dhal
Ingredients:
3 cups rice, parboiled, uncooked
1 1/4 cups lentil, uncooked
10 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
Directions:
1. soak rice and dhal separately
2. grind them separately
3. mix the dhal and rice with salt
4. steam it in a pressure cooker for 15 -20 mts
