Idly with idli rice and urad dhal Ingredients:
3 cups rice, parboiled, uncooked |
1 1/4 cups lentil, uncooked |
10 tsp olive oil |
1 tbsp salt |
Directions:
1. soak rice and dhal separately 2. grind them separately 3. mix the dhal and rice with salt 4. steam it in a pressure cooker for 15 -20 mts |
