Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
3/4 cup frozen juice concentrate, thawed |
3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk or 3/4 cup skim milk |
wooden stick |
paper cups |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, fruit juice concentrate and milk. 2. Pour into 6 or 7 small paper cups. 3. Freeze until partially set and insert a wooden stick into centre of each. 4. Freeze until firm. 5. Peel off paper cup when ready to serve. |
