I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
3/4 cup frozen fruit juice |
3/4 cup low-fat milk or 3/4 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. (Pureed fresh fruit or frozen fruits may be used in place of fruit juice.). 2. In a 4 cup glass measure, combine yogurt, fruit juice concentrate and. 3. milk. 4. Pour into pop molds or use small paper cups and insert a wooden stick. 5. in the center of each. 6. Freeze until firm, about 2 - 3 hours. 7. To serve, peel off paper cups. |
