From Vegetarian Times; try different types of sherry—cream, cocktail, dry or tawny—to find what suits your taste. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed |
1 quart sherry wine |
crushed ice (or shaved ice) |
8 fresh mint sprigs |
Directions:
1. Mix together the lemonade concentrate and sherry. 2. Pour 1/2 cup over a tall glass of crushed ice; stir well and serve garnished with a mint spring. 3. Serve with a straw. |
