Icy Summer Drinks - Cook time is freezing time. Note: This can be divided in half and frozen. Bring from greezer and use a potato masher to break up. Add 1 quart club soda if you have divided it. If not, use 1 two-liter bottle of club soda to make a bigger batch. Ingredients:
3 cups water |
2 cups sugar |
2 1/2 bananas |
2 1/2 oranges, juiced |
1/4 cup lemon juice (reallemon) |
2 cups pineapple juice |
club soda |
Directions:
1. Warm water and sugar on stove in medium saucepan until sugar is dissolved. 2. Put into blender and blend: bananas, orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice. 3. Add to sugar/water mixture, freeze in containers. |
