To keep the icing soft, cover the bowl with a damp paper towel. Ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
6 to 8 tsp. fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Beat together powdered sugar, butter, and 6 tsp. lemon juice at medium speed with an electric mixer 1 to 2 minutes or until spreading consistency, adding up to 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. at a time, if necessary. |
