Easy and fast, icing for cookies or candy

Ingredients:

1 pkg. ( 16 oz.) confectioners sugar

3 tbls. meringue powder

6 tbls. warm water

Directions:

1. On medium-high speed, beat sugar, meringue powder and water until glossy and spreadable. If too thick, beat in additional water 1 tsp. at a time.
