A nice change of pace from regular iced tea. I like to add a little fresh mint to the tea while it is hot. This is very refreshing on a hot summer day. Found this on Bed & Breakfast Inns ONLINE. It's from Nana's House Bed & Breakfast in Greensburg, Indiana Ingredients:
20 tea bags (regular size) |
20 cups water |
6 cups sugar |
1 (16 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice |
1 (16 ounce) can frozen orange juice |
1 cup fresh lemon juice |
2 quarts ginger ale |
Directions:
1. Make tea in regular manner. 2. Add the sugar while the tea is hot. 3. When cool add the juices and ginger ale. 4. Mix well and put in tightly closed bottles or plastic cartons in the refrigerator. 5. Will keep several weeks if tightly closed. |
