Iced Orange Truffle Coffee |

A great tall iced coffee drink...to round off the perfect dinner. It's lovely on a hot summer evening. Don't take my word, try it for yourself...you will not be sorry. You can always alter the amount of liquer to your own preferences. Ingredients:
2 coffee ice cubes |
2 hot chocolate ice cubes |
6 ounces strong coffee, cold brewed |
1 ounce godiva original chocolate liqueur |
1 1/2 ounces orange liqueur (grand marnia) |
1 ounce butterscotch schnapps |
2 1/2 ounces milk, chilled |
2 teaspoons orange juice, garnish for rim |
2 teaspoons white sugar, garnish for rim |
1 ounce whipped cream |
1 teaspoon orange zest |
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup, garnish, drizzle |
Directions:
1. Rim your glass with orange juice and then dip it into the white sugar, to cover the rim. 2. Add your ice cubes. 3. Now add the cold coffee and all the liquers, mix well. 4. Add your milk and garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle on the orange zest and drizzle with the chocolate syrup. 5. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. |
