An iced version of the popular Jamaican coffee cocktail. It's a nicely creamy iced coffee, with the smooth warmth of dark rum and Tia Maria. Ingredients:
1 ounce dark rum |
1 ounce tia maria |
3/4 ounce heavy cream |
4 ounces chilled coffee |
Directions:
1. Combine liqueurs, coffee and cream. 2. Partially fill a wine glass with crushed ice, and pour mixture over ice. 3. Serve. |
