I make these in teh summer, when it's to hot to bake.Simple n the kids can help. Pictured are chocolate graham s with the peanutbutter Icing.

Ingredients:

1 box graham crackers

1 large container of chocolate icing

Directions:

1. Break crackers into halfs . Ice one half n top with other one. This makes quite a few, but they are a yummy n quick cookie.
2. I make a Peanutbutter icing n use the chocolate graham crackers also.
