A refreshing, bubbly tea. . .perfect to sip poolside. Recipe from Prevention magazine June 2010. Recipe submitted by Paul Folkestad, chef at Le Cordon Bleu College in Portland, OR. NOTE: Feel free to try it without the lime juice as well - I like it better with just tea and ginger ale! Ingredients:
4 ounces iced tea |
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice |
4 ounces ginger ale (i used diet with great results) |
candied ginger (optional as garnish) |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients and serve in a tall glass, on the rocks, with candied ginger as a garnish. |
