Ingredients:
2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup ice milk (coffee or vanilla)
6 ice cubes, crushed, about 1 cup
2 teaspoons dark chocolate, grated
1 pinch cinnamon
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients, except chocolate and cinnamon, in a blender.
2. Process until slushy.
3. Pour into a tall glass and top with grated chocolate and cinnamon.
