A magazine clipping from my past. The blurb before the recipe states that it is 234 calories. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons instant espresso powder |
1/2 cup warm water |
1 cup ice milk (coffee or vanilla) |
6 ice cubes, crushed, about 1 cup |
2 teaspoons dark chocolate, grated |
1 pinch cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients, except chocolate and cinnamon, in a blender. 2. Process until slushy. 3. Pour into a tall glass and top with grated chocolate and cinnamon. |
