This tasty ice-pop style snack is a real treat in the summer! Only fill the ice-pop mold about 3/4 of the way up, as the coffee will expand when it freezes. The number of ice-pops depends on the size of your mold. Ingredients:
1 cup brewed coffee |
milk (optional) |
sugar (optional) or artificial sweetener (optional) |
Directions:
1. Brew 1 cup of Coffee. 2. Add milk to taste. 3. Add sugar/Artificial Sweetener to taste. 4. Mix well. 5. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 6. Remove from the refrigerator, and stir the mixture very well. 7. Pour the mixture into ice-pop molds. 8. Place the filled ice-pop mold in the freezer for 6 hours. 9. Enjoy! |
