ICE CREAM and ICED BREWED COFFEE (STARBUCKS, PREFERABLY!) - SO VERY GOOD TOGETHER ! Ingredients:
8 ounces ground coffee (starbucks) |
24 ounces filtered water |
1 pint vanilla ice cream |
1 tablespoon semi-sweet cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Brew Coffee double-strength using 8 oz (1CUP) Ground Coffee to 24 oz (3CUPS) Water. 2. After brewing is complete ~ pour into a pitcher. 3. Add 24 OZ. (3CUPS) ICE to pitcher and let cool. 4. Place 2 scoops of ice-cream in each bowl. 5. Pour 1/4 Cup Chilled Iced Coffee over Ice-Cream. 6. Sprinkle 1/4 TBS. Cocoa Powder over Ice-Cream. |
