A lovely iced drink for after summer dinners. You can substitute the brandy extract for almond, rum, mint or vanilla for a variety of tastes. Ingredients:
1 ounce espresso |
2 ounces milk, steamed |
1/4 teaspoon brandy extract |
whipped cream |
ice |
Directions:
1. Combine espresso, milk and extract in a cup, over ice. 2. Top with whipped cream. 3. Garnish with a thin wafer if desired. |
