creamy pudding cake with a crust of vanilla wafers and banana filling Ingredients:
1 box vanilla wafers |
2 large boxes of cook and serve pudding ( i use chocolate) |
6 large bananas |
coconuts and chopped nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cook pudding according to directions (let cool slightly)
2. Line a 13 x 9 pan with vanilla waffers
3. Spread a layer of sliced bananas over cookies
4. Spread 1/2 the pudding over bananas
5. Repeat layers ending with the pudding
6. Sprinkle with coconut and / or chopped nuts
7. Keep refrigerated
8. ENJOY!!!
