Different and easy iceberg slaw. Nice with chicken or ribs Ingredients:
3 tbs buttermilk |
3 tbs plain yogurt |
1 tbs chopped fresh dill |
1 tbs chopped fresh parsley |
1/2 small shallot,minced |
salt and pepper |
1 head(about 1 lb) iceberg lettuce,quartered and shredded |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, whisk together buttermilk,yogurt,dill,parsley and shallot. Season with coarse salt and pepper. Fold in lettuce and season with salt and pepper. |
