Prep: 12 minutes. Buttermilk gives the creamy dressing a rich, full-bodied flavor. Ingredients:
1/4 cup light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk (1%) |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper |
4 cups preshredded iceberg lettuce |
1 cup thinly sliced trimmed snow peas |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Combine lettuce, snow peas, and celery in a large bowl; add dressing, and toss. |
