I have Diabetes and I am allergic to tons of stuff this is why I'm sharing this. I want people to still be able to enjoy there lives even though they can't eat a lot of foods. (You don't have to use coconut milk if you don't wan't)
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen mixed fruit
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (so delicious)
3 teaspoons artificial sweetener (i used stevia)
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend in tell smoothie like. Then put the mix in Dixie 3oz Bath Cup's. Then put the mix in freezer for about 1-2 Hours. put the sicks inches and let freeze over night!
