Found this while researching Galliano recipes. Got to break in a new bottle I just received for my birthday...happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me... Ingredients:
1 ounce light rum |
1/2 ounce galliano |
1/2 ounce apricot brandy |
2 ounces pineapple juice |
1/4 ounce lemon juice |
1 slice orange |
Directions:
1. Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. 2. Garnish with the slice of orange and a cherry (if desired) and serve. |
