Ice-cream with warm coffee sauce. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ground espresso beans |
1 cup boiling water |
4 cups vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Combine coffee and water in coffee plunger. 2. Stand for 2 minutes before plunging. 3. Cool for 10 minutes. 4. Scoop ice-cream into serving glasses. 5. Pour coffee over. 6. Serve with sponge fingers if desired. |
