Ice Cream Pie

This dessert is sure to get lots of comments. Make sure you have blank recipe cards ready as all your guest will surely want this one. I tend to make this more in the summer to help cool those taste buds on those warm summer days.
Ingredients:
3 c. cornflakes (slightly crushed)
1/2 c honey
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c butter
1/2 gal. neopolitan ice cream
hot fudge
Directions:
1. melt butter
2. add honey and peanut butter
3. stir
4. pour over crushed cereal
5. mix until well coated
6. set 1/2 c. mixture aside
7. press into sides and bottom of well buttered pie plate
8. place in freezer until firm (about 20 min.)
9. Filling
10. Thaw ice cream
11. spread one layer at a time (you can start with any flavor)
12. drizzle hot fudge between each layer
13. Sprinkle leftover crust mixture on top
14. Cover with saran wrap and place back into freezer
15. Serve:
16. Drizzle hot fudge over top
17. You may also use your favorite flavor of ice cream
18. Butter Pecan is great with warmed maple syrup drizzled over the top!
