Ice Cream Muffins

A 3 ingredient muffin! You can experiment with different flavor ice cream.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
1 cup peanut butter chips (6 ounces)
2 cups self-rising flour
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
2. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper baking cups.
3. Take ice cream out of freezer until it is soft but not melted.
4. Put in a large mixing bowl.
5. Stir in the remaining ingredients until well-blended.
6. The mixture will be stiff.
7. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
8. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
9. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
10. Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
