Yummy fozen dessert made with marshamalow cream, ice cream, peranutbutter, chocolate and graham crackers! From a international recipe share site Ingredients:
1 13 oz. jar of marshmallow cream |
1 1/2 cups of chocolate syrup |
1 cup of peanut butter |
1 15 oz. box of grahm crackers (you will have extras) |
2 1/2 cups of ice cream |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/3 cup butter |
grahm cracker crust |
5 sheets of graham crackers - f needed use more |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/3 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Prep does not include chill time
2. Directions for grahm cracker crust:
3. Crush grahm crackers in a bag into crumbs.
4. Mix the sugar in with the grahm crackers.
5. Put the butter in the microwave for 15 seconds, or until melted completly.
6. Pour the cracker sugar mixture into a bowl and gradually stir in the melted butter.
7. When mixed pour into a 7x11 in. pan and press against sides and bottom.
8. Put into the refrigorator for 15 minutes.
9. Directions for marshmallow mix:
10. Pour 1 cup of chocolate syrup on top of the grahm cracker crust.
11. Pour 1 cup of peanut butter on top of the chocolate syrup.
12. Lay a sheet of un-crumbled grahm crackers on top of the peaut butter.
13. Put the ice cream in the microwave for about 15 seconds, or until soft.
14. Spread onto grahm cracker sheet until flat.
15. Lay another sheet of graham crackers on top of the ice cream.
16. Scoop the marshmallow cream into a bowl.
17. Now mix 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup with the marshmallow cream until light brown. (add chocolate more if needed)
18. Put the mixture into the microwave for about 15 seconds.
19. Pour on top of the sheet of grahm crackers.
20. Put in freezer for 2 hours, cut into 12 squares and enjoy!!
