Easy to prepare. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed, divided |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened |
1 (16 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping, warmed |
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine 3-3/4 cups cookie crumbs and butter. Press into a greased 13x9x2 inch dish. 2. Spread with ice cream; cover and freeze until set. 3. Drizzle fudge topping over ice cream; cover and freeze until set. 4. Spread with whipped topping; sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. 5. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm. 6. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. |
