This is a very yummy cool summer treat. My kids loved this. It tastes so good!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups roasted salted nuts
3 1/4 cups chocolate chips
1 cup half & half
1 tsp vanilla
1 box sugar cones
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
3 tsp butter
Directions:
1. Chop the nuts and put on the bottom of a pyrex pan( about 11x13 size)
2. In a saucepan put on stovetop low or med heat the half & half, butter vanilla, chocolate chips, and stir until it all melts together.
3. Take off stove top.
4. Stir until it cools slightly, then pour half of the nut mixture in the pyrex pan.
5. Spread the vanilla ice cream over the nuts .
6. Pour the remaining half of the melted mixture over the ice cream.
7. Last crumble the box of sugar cones and spread on top.
8. Put in the freezer.
9. Freeze until set.
10. Enjoy!
