I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
1/3 cup fage 0% fat free greek yogurt |
2 tablespoons peanut butter (melted in micro for 18 seconds) |
0.5 (1 g) packet splenda sugar substitute (1/2 teaspoon) or 0.5 (1 g) packet sweet 'n low (1/2 teaspoon) |
1 tablespoon sugar-free raspberry preserves or 1 tablespoon torani sugar-free chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Mix and freeze for 2 hours. 2. Enjoy. |
