Ingredients:

300 ml double cream

50 g dark chocolate, chopped

40 ml baileys irish cream

Directions:

1. Whip the cream until stiff.
2. Fold choclate under.
3. Stir Baileys into the mixture.
4. Freeze for 4 hours.
