This is the second recipe we use sometimes. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
2 1/4 cups sugar |
5 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
1 pinch salt |
3 cans evaporated milk |
1/4 cup cream |
1/2-3/4 gallon milk |
Directions:
1. Beat together the first six ingredients. 2. Then add the next two in and mix. 3. Pour into your gallon ice cream freezer. 4. Fill to instructed level with milk. 5. Follow manufacture's directions from here on. |
