This refreshing smoothie is great on a summers day when it's hot Ingredients:
3 kiwi fruits, peeled, quartered |
300 g fresh strawberries |
350 ml orange juice |
8 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. place all ingredients into blender. 2. MIX for 20 seconds then SMOOTH for 20 seconds or if you don't have a top of the range blender, just blend until smooth. 3. serve straight away. |
