An easy to make, no bake, refreshing cream pie. The hardest part of this recipe is the waiting time before serving. Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened |
1 1/4 cup orange marmalade |
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed (cool whip) |
2 cans mandarin oranges (11 oz. each), well drained |
1 graham cracker pie shell (9 , store-bought or homemade) |
Directions:
1. Blend the cream cheese and marmalade. 2. Stir in the whipped topping. 3. place a single layer of the mandarins in bottom of pie shell. 4. Spoon the cheese mixture over the oranges. 5. Decoratively top with the remaining oranges. 6. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. 7. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. 8. Serve. |
