This dessert is delcious with strawberries and kiwis as a topping! Ingredients:
7 1/2 - honey graham crackers, broken in half (about 15 squares) |
1 - 8oz package cream cheese, softened |
2 cups milk |
1 - 4 serving package of instant vanilla pudding |
1 8oz. tub cool whip, divided |
1 cup quartered strawberries |
1 cup chopped kiwis (about 4) |
1/3 cup toasted coconut |
Directions:
1. Arrange graham crackers in an even layer on bottom of a 13x9-inch pan. 2. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on med-speed until creamy. 3. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended after each addition. 4. Add dry pudding mix, beat 1 min. 5. Fold in half of Cool Whip. Spread over graham crackers. 6. Cover with remaining Cool Whip, top with fruit. 7. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, the longer the better it sets. Sprinkle with coconut just before servings. |
