Delicious and quick muffins made with your favorite flavor ice cream. Two ingredients you should have on hand. Ingredients:
1 cup any flavor ice cream - softened |
1 cup self-rising flour |
Directions:
1. Mix softened ice cream with flour.
2. Grease 6 - 8 muffin pans
3. Fill 3/4 full and bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes
