An easy way to prepare a delicious fish. This is my personal favourite in the oven or BBQ. You can use any fish you want . My favourites are seabass or baby Salmon. Extremely healthy, (but not for the fish). Good for the heart in more ways than one Ingredients:
any good whole cleaned fish. (1 per person) |
for filling: (these amounts are estimates and can be changed according to taste). |
1 package of thinly chopped parsley |
juice from 1 lemon |
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
5-6 crushed cloves of garlic . |
Directions:
1. Place fish on a sheet of aluminium foil 2. Mix all the other ingredients together 3. Cover both sides of fish with mixture and put the rest of it inside tummy. (meantime the fish's, Yours later). 4. Fold over sides of aluminium foil and pinch closed to seal . 5. Place on baking tray for about 45 minutes at 180*c - 200*c 6. Serve with a nice green salad and a Good white wine |
