From the Miserly Meals book by Jonni McCoy. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas |
3 garlic cloves, pressed |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Drain chickpeas and blend. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. 2. To make it a tahini recipe, add 1/4 cup tahini. Or you could add 1 cup cooked carrots. |
