                    Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                6 pork chops (1  thick)  |  
                                                1 cup rice (uncooked)  |  
                                                1 package dry onion soup mix  |  
                                                2 cups milk  |  
                                                1 can cream of mushroom soup  |  
                                                1 can cream of celery soup  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Brown the chops well in small amount of fat. 2. Season both sides with salt and pepper, and place in 9  x 13  baking dish. 3. Mix together the remaining ingredients. 4. Pour mixture over chops and cover with foil. 5. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 2 hours. 6.
