Fried little balls of golden goodness! Ingredients:
2 cups cornmeal |
1 1/2 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp salt |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 large onion, chopped fine |
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients together. 2. Add milk and egg, then stir in onion. 3. Shape into little balls (a bit smaller than a golf ball) 4. Fry until golden. |
