This is from a free recipe booklet I received in the mail from the Jiffy Mix company. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package jiffy corn muffin mix |
1 egg |
1/3 cup milk |
frying oil |
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup finely chopped onions or 1/4 cup onion flakes |
Directions:
1. Preheat oil to 375°F. 2. Stir all ingredients till well mixed. 3. Drop by level teaspoon into hot oil and fry about 2 minutes (1 minute each side). 4. Drain and serve. |
