Yummy for fish frys! Ingredients:
1/2 cup self rising flour |
1 cup yellow cornmeal |
1 egg |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 cup chopped onion |
milk, to moisten |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except milk. 2. Add milk 1/4 cup at a time until a thick mixture is made. 3. Drop by large teaspoon balls into hot oil cook until golden. |
