Easy way to make hush puppies! And tasty too! Ingredients:
2 (8 1/2 ounce) boxes jiffy corn muffin mix |
1/4-1/2 cup onion, chopped as fine as you like them |
3/4 cup milk |
3/4 cup creamed corn |
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional) |
oil, for frying |
Directions:
1. Heat oil to 375 degrees F in deep fat fryer. 2. Mix all together. 3. Drop by tablespoonfuls in hot oil. Fry until golden brown. |
