Hurry Up Hummus is a healthy appetizer option that is quick and easy to prepare and serve. Sliced veggies, crackers or seasoned toast made great dippers for this delicious spread. Ingredients:
1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons water |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
