Hurry-Up Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
1 cup(s) broccoli flowerets
1 cup(s) cauliflower flowerets
3 chicken breast halves, skinned/boned and cut in 1 pieces
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
hot cooked rice
1/2 cup(s) italian dressing
1 large carrot, cut in 2 strips
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil, divided
Directions:
1. Pour 1 Tbsp oil into work/skillet, coating bottom and sides. Heat to medium-high for 2 min. Add broccoli and next 4 ingredients and stir-fry 4 min. Remove.
2. Pour remaining 1 Tbsp oil into wok. Add chicken and stir-fry 4 min or til tender. Return vegetables to wok and add salad dressing, soy sauce, and ginger. Serve over rice.
