This is incredible. I had this at a baby shower recently and had to have the recipe, it is so refreshing and so tasty.
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup orange sections freshly peeled
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sliced kiwi fruit peeled
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup cantaloupe balls
1/3 cup dates chopped
2 tablespoon shredded coconut
6 each lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except coconut and lettuce.
2. Cover and chill 2 hours.
3. Place lettuce leaves on a plate then spoon mixture onto lettuce and garnish with coconut.
