This is incredible. I had this at a baby shower recently and had to have the recipe, it is so refreshing and so tasty. Ingredients:
1 cup sliced bananas |
1 cup orange sections freshly peeled |
1/2 cup sliced strawberries |
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks |
1/2 cup sliced kiwi fruit peeled |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup cantaloupe balls |
1/3 cup dates chopped |
2 tablespoon shredded coconut |
6 each lettuce leaves |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except coconut and lettuce. 2. Cover and chill 2 hours. 3. Place lettuce leaves on a plate then spoon mixture onto lettuce and garnish with coconut. |
