The sweet and boozy concoction known as the hurricane, is a popular drink in America's #1 party town--New Orleans. Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce dark rum |
1 fluid ounce light rum |
1 tablespoon passion fruit flavored syrup |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Combine dark rum, light rum, passion fruit syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
